1. All payments are final and non-refundable once registration is completed.
   This is due to the comprehensive nature of our training program, which involves advance reservations for hotel accommodations, transportation, training materials, medical screenings, and customized participant preparations.
   Our strict non-refund policy ensures the quality and logistical integrity of the experience for all participants.

2. Early Registration Commitment:
   Seats are reserved based on early registration, and availability is extremely limited. Your payment secures your place within this exclusive group.
   By registering early, your spot has already been accounted for in all logistical arrangements — including accommodation and program scheduling.

3. Exception – Date Change Notification:
   For medical professionals who have been officially notified of a change in the symposium or training schedule, a 7-day window is granted (starting from the date of the notification) to choose between:

   • Requesting a full refund

   • Confirming their registration for the rescheduled dates

   After this grace period, the registration will be considered final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
